chill-n-go® specialty formulated non-toxic, reusable chill-packs are safe, economical and highly efficient. Our chill-packs contain no chemicals and are based on natural starch – much safer and much less worrisome around children, pets, and in case of accidental puncture. For longevity, starch based chill-packs have one requirement – that they be stored in the freezer when not in use. The starch based formula will begin degradation within a few months at room temperature storage. However, even under frequent use, if the packs are stored in the freezer at night, they can last for decades.
